We redid our master bathroom with a bathroom remodel and Armando started when he said he would, had people here working every day, and completed the job on time. Pretty sure most people do not have that experience with contractors. We did not with a contractor we used for another bathroom in our house last year. Armando’s bid was competitively priced and he was clear when there were items that would increase the cost of the project. The quality of the work is excellent and Armando made sure we were happy with the work. Overall, we are extremely pleased and plan to use Sans Construction for our kitchen remodel next. I also had them replace the floors throughout my two story house. I was so pleased with the home improvement that I decided to remodel my backyard. They completely tiled my backyard, adding a built in BBQ island, a gas fire pit and built in seating. I am thrilled with their work and how wonderful everything looks.

“This crew is very responsive, on-time, reasonably priced and pays attention to detail to make sure the job is done right. We initially used SANS on some minor home repair work; like fixing broken tiles, stucco repair and minor electrical. The work was impressive. We then moved to a whole house renovation/makeover. We did everything from knocking down walls and installing windows to adding a 5th bedroom and bath to expanding our outdoor patio. They show-up on-time, every day, even when the job is close to completion. The work is done per code and we haven’t had any issues. We would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to impress.“
